Payment + Cancellation Policy
CASH, CHECK and VENMO are accepted forms of payment. All sessions and packages must be paid for at the start of each package or at the end of a single session.
THERE IS A 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. In order to accommodate all clients and schedules, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy on all sessions. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged as one session.
If you EARLY cancel (greater then 24 hours cancellation) before your scheduled session or class, and other arrangements are made, you will not be charged for the session or class. Please be ON TIME for your scheduled session. If you are 10-15 minutes late for your session, you will receive the remaining time of your session. If you are more than 25 minutes late for your session, you forfeit the session and will be charged the full session fee.
Cancellation Policy For Semi-Private Sessions
Please be advised if ONE partner needs to EARLY cancel a semi-private session, the other partner may take a private session at a discounted rate during that scheduled time. The partners can also at that time, decide to EARLY cancel the entire session and both not attend the session. If one partner needs to LATE CANCEL a semi-private session (less than 24 hours notice), then the other partner may still take the session and the LATE cancel partner forfeits and is still charged for the session.
IMPORTANT: As with any fitness program, you should always check with your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. You physician will know if you have any special physical needs, conditions, or injuries that might prohibit you from performing the Pilates exercises. PLEASE NOTE: PRIOR TO THEIR FIRST CLASS, ALL PRENATAL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT A NOTE FROM THEIR PHYSICIAN OR MIDWIFE STATING THAT THEY ARE IN GOOD HEALTH AND ARE CLEAR TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL EXERCISE.
All 10-private or 10-duet session packages or 10 group class packages have a 3-month expiration date from purchase date.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in and which will allow the instructor to see the movement patterns of your body. Bare feet or rubber grip socks are preferred in the studio (Grippy socks are sold in the studio). Please remove your shoes before entering the studio. PLEASE NOTE: during the summer months, grippy socks are required to be worn in the studio.
The Studio will send out an email and/or call participants in the event of session or class cancellations due to inclement weather or emergencies.
Please be prompt. Classes start on time. First time clients, please arrive 10 minutes early for a tour of the space and completion of paperwork. Health forms and Fitness waivers are for studio and instructor use only. Information will not be shared with other sources. It is exclusively used to prepare a safe and appropriate workout. It is recommended that clients wear socks during their session. Wear comfortable exercise clothes. No jeans, no shoes. If you are new to the Pilates experience, we recommend doing at least 1 private session before attempting a group mat class.

The newly renovated studio is fully equipped with classically-designed apparatus including reformers, wall unit towers, wunda chair, and ladder barrel. The studio’s environment is professional, motivating and supportive.
